Reporting Problems

What kinds of problems?

Since I cannot possibly watch all of the content on Billflix, I rely on YOU to report any problems you see.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE report any issues you come across. Reporting does not inconvenience me, and it’s not a burden. I would much rather have people report when something is bad rather than slog through a bad copy of a movie or show.

How to Report

Report Issues Here

Please report issues at the same site where you request new content (https://request.billflix.media).

From the request website you will log in using your Plex credentials, and search for the show or movie that has an issue.

After finding the movie/show with an issue, click the “Report” button (looks like a yellow box with an exclamation point in a triangle). Fill out the information about what is wrong with the thing you’re trying to watch, and hit submit.

This will create an Issue ticket that both you and I can track, and once it is resolved you will be notified automatically.
